Take It Outside

Today I have a very quick tip. Take it outside.  Your exercise routine.  Your phone conversation.  Your cup of tea.  Only 5 minutes in nature can boost your mood and your self-esteem.  Give it a try this week and see what you think.  It is only a 5 minutes and you are doing these things anyway.
