Nature Sounds

The sounds of nature have long been soothing to humans.  Bird calls, rushing water, a breeze through the trees, rain against the window pane.  One of my favorite apps gives you the ability to create your own personal white sound.  Use it to calm your soul or help you to get to sleep.  I use it with headphones to drown out distracting noise to improve my time in meditation.
