I don’t know about you, but I can’t get through my day without CAFFEINE. Coffee, coke, and tea; good for me. Is it really good for us? Caffeine gooses up our nervous system and pushes us through the day. Put that way it doesn’t sound so great. In times when you are dealing with anxiety that caffeinating habit could be amplifying your stress even more and making it harder for you to get much needed rest. Try swapping out a few of those caffeinated drinks for water, herbal teas, and other non-caffeinated drinks. You might make that last glass or cup of the day milk or almond milk for it’s calming effect.
