Keep Calm & Clean Up

Yes, this tip is going to suggest you clean your spaces.  When you are surrounded by clutter your anxiety rises.  You are reminded of unfinished projects, bills to be paid, and past failures.  This creates worry, fear, and depression.  Clean it out.  Get rid of the things that link you to past relationships or unpleasant memories.  Pick up the clutter.  Do the dishes.  Vacuum the floor.  If this feels like a huge project right now, even a little tidying up can lessen anxiety and improve mental clarity.
