Pumpkin says, ” Change your perspective and change your life.” Sometimes it isn’t the situation, but the way we are looking at it. An example might be if you grew up being bullied, you might have developed an emotional habit of feeling like “no one likes me.” That can lead you to automatically feel that way every time you come up against a bump in the road of life. Next time, stop and look at the situation upside down. Does this really have any thing to do with people liking me? What is really going on? Is this about me or a situation? Talk to someone with positive perspective. Get out your journal and write about it. Or maybe sit upside down in a chair and let your head hang over the edge like Pumpkin. What ever it takes to change your perspective.
