Keep Calm @ Home

Your home should be your hidey hole from the world.  A place where you feel safe and relaxed.  With just a little effort you can increase the zen.  What might do this for you?  Maybe getting a pet (mental health companion).  Buying an assortment of teas.  Bubble bath. Aromatherapy candles. Painting your bedroom a relaxing color.  Lamps for soft relaxing lighting. Upgrading your sheets.  Maybe you can save up for that hot tub you’ve been dreaming about.  Anything that will help make your home more relaxing and you less stressed.
