Fighting Insomnia

We all have nights when we just can’t sleep, but for many people that is an almost every night issue.  Many turn to sleeping medications that leave them foggy headed in the morning. Here is a list of things to try before medications. Sometimes all it takes is one little change.  For me the only thing I changed was I began wearing socks to bed.  Yes, that was all it took!  I went from fighting to sleep to almost never having a night time issue.  Try little changes until you find the trick that helps.  Click, read, try, sleep!
