Keep Calm & Look Out The Window

Research has shown that being out in nature helps us to relax.  Just looking out the window at a bit of greenery or a bird feeder can help you deal with stressful situations. No window with a view, how about bringing in a houseplant or a few flowers in a vase.  Even photographs can calm us.  Try switching up your screen saver if nothing else.

Sharing one of the photos from my screen saving slide show.  It is a double feel good as it is a photo I took on a trip, so nature shot and good memories.

Take a few moments to gaze, enjoy, and relax.
