Need to chill out? Practice this simple kundalini meditation. Sit in a comfortable position with your back straight. Say “peace” as you tap you thumb to you pointer finger. Say “begins” as you tap thumb to middle finger. “With” as you tap thumb to ring finger. Then “me” as you tap thumb to pinkie. Say the words out loud if possible at first, then whisper, then repeat in your head. Repeat until you feel a little Zen come over you.
