Keep Calm & Seek Protein

Today’s quick tip is seek protein. Yes, healthy protein snacks can help you cope with tension.  So when tense and hungry go for a protein bar or drink. Not a fan?  Then think nuts, cheese, jerky, hard boiled eggs, or a glass of milk.
