Keep Calm & Laugh

Laughter is the best medicine.  That old quote has even been proven to be true through research.  Laughing decreases stress hormones and increases happy ones.  So if you are feeling a bit frazzled today cue the laugh track.  Watch a funny youtube clip, turn on your favorite sitcom, pop in the movie that always makes you roll on the couch laughing.  Make plans this weekend with friends that are always a roaring good time.
