Keep Calm & Wander

Give yourself some time without agenda to just wander and enjoy your surroundings.  Just wander around the park or in your neighborhood. Being outdoors in nature adds to the benefits, but in bad weather wandering the ailes in Walmart can work as well.  This exercise can be very restful.  Just let your feet take you were ever.  Let your mind just observe what is in front of you.  And breathe.
