Eat Happy
Just a quick tip today. Eat your way to optimism. I know. I know, you don’t want another lecture on eating right. But I thought a little reminder won’t hurt too much and just maybe you didn’t know that eating carotenoids could help you to have a more positive outlook on life. So why not add some carrots, tomatoes, kale, or sweet potatoes to your plate. It is just what the therapist ordered.
