Happier A.M. Routine.

A lighter morning routine can increase your happiest all day.  If you start your day by watching the news, looking at the news on the net, or reading the paper you have a 27% higher likelihood of having an unhappy day.  It only take 3 minutes of sad, depressing, or disturbing news to bring you down.  I know it is hard to break a habit that is part of your morning routine.  You don’t have to give it up all together, just change it up.  Try watching a show like Flea Market Flip in the morning, instead of the news.  Look for positive and fun podcasts for your morning computer visits. Invest is an inspirational book that can be read in small bits like the paper. Upbeat music will prime your brain to be positive all day.  Just staring at a plant or flower is better than following sad news.  Pay attention to what you are putting into you morning and …… Have A Good Day!
