#Visualization

You have goals and plans for your future, but you may be having trouble staying focused. Create something that can help you keep your goal in your vision.  Cut pictures out of magazines or print images from the web that reflect what you wish to happen in the next six months to a year. Then try using them in one or all of the following ways.  Create a vision board by pasting them on a poster or pinning them to a bulletin board.  Display this in an area where you will see it often.  Perhaps you need only one picture to print out and place on the door of your refrigerator, for example.  Or how about using several images of the same symbol on your computers and phones.  So that every time you glance at them you’ll have a visual of what you are working towards. Many people swear by this technique for keeping them focused and on track. Give it a shot. What do you have to lose?

Sharing a couple of my images:

How about this one?  Well if we are being honest, right?
