Stretch Into A Better Mood

Yoga does more than just increase your flexibility.  It can also help you manage depression.  Taking a yoga class twice a week can help reduce symptoms like anxiety.  When you increase your activity through yoga or other exercise, you also increase the activity of you neurotransmitters in the brain that affect your mood.  Better moods through movement.
