Keep Calm and Dance

Put on your favorite dance tune.  Then dance around your living room.  Dance by yourself, with your spouse, with your kids, with your pets.  It is one of the best ways to get teenagers to roll their eyes, which adds to the fun.  Dancing is more than just fun it helps you shake off stress.  I do this daily. I am sure I look silly and I know I sing off key, but it always makes me happy.  Give it a try!
