A Question?

How could you make today better?

Maybe today is going great, but what could you do to make it even better?                 Maybe your sick today, but what little thing could you do to feel better?                      Maybe today is a struggle, but what could you do to make it a little better?

Are you denying yourself stuff that would make life better?  Just one cup of coffee in the morning, because you are going to cut out “all’ caffeine?  A phone call to your mom when your down, because you are all grown up? A walk around the block?  A bird feeder?  A scented candle?  A brighter light bulb in the kitchen?  Kleenex with lotion?  Spending time with a friend, your spouse, your kids, your kin?  Snuggling with a pet?  Washing your sheets more often?  Rereading a favorite book?  Asking someone for help?  Slowing down?  Paying closer attention to something?  Getting up earlier?  Going to bed earlier?

Every night ask yourself, “How could I have made today better?”  Then give those things a try!
