Autonomous sensory meridian response is a brain tingling when the body is completely relaxed.  There are videos on YouTube of people whispering and making gentle sounds to stimulate this response.  The claim is that the sensations caused lower stress and help us sleep.  I was game.  The videos are free and it can’t hurt.  I found this one soothing.  You can find more videos by searching for ASMR on YouTube.  You can also get the effect by having a friend comb your hair or gently scratch your back. Give it a try we could all lose a little stress right?
