This idea comes from the book “Happier Now” by Nataly Kogan. The idea is to take a pledge to be happier now. Make a commitment to do the things that make you happy. Give yourself permission to be happy, even if the world and your situations aren’t perfect. It is okay not to be okay all the time. It is okay to make mistakes that is how we learn. Hold on to the people in your life that encourage and support, let go of those that don’t. You deserve love, care, and kindness from others and from yourself.
