Sharing some affirmations you can use to practice radical self-acceptance. Look into the mirror and repeat:

- I’m honored to be inside this amazing human vessel.
- I am strong, healthy, and capable.
- It’s OK for me to love myself.
- I accept myself completely.
- I’m confident in my own skin.
- I appreciate my quirks, they make me unique.
- Today I let go of self-criticism.
- I am a fierce and radiant creature.
- I determine my self worth, not society.
- I love my curves and all my edges, all my perfect imperfections.
