Sharing some affirmations you can use to practice radical self-acceptance.  Look into the mirror and repeat:

  1. I’m perfect just the way I am.
  2. I deserve good things.
  3. I’m honored to be inside this amazing human vessel.
  4. I am strong, healthy, and capable.
  5. It’s OK for me to love myself.
  6. I accept myself completely.
  7. I’m confident in my own skin.
  8. I appreciate my quirks, they make me unique.
  9. Today I let go of self-criticism.
  10. I am a fierce and radiant creature.
  11. I determine my self worth, not society.
  12. I love my curves and all my edges, all my perfect imperfections.
