Standing Like Wonder Woman

I tell clients that feel “less than” or “powerless”  to stand like Wonder Woman in their room every morning (men stand like superman). They always laugh and think I am being silly.  I am not.  It actually changes your ability to take on the world. Give it a try!

  1. This is great! I’ve always thought there was a deep connection between body language and how it can make us feel.
