New Year’s Resolutions (more or less)

A New Year’s resolution of mine for 2020 is to write in this blog MORE.

A goal needs to be measurable.  If I say I am going to blog more, what does that really mean?  I am going to attempt to write more?  More is? more often? more content? both? What exactly?   If I write 2 more posts this whole year I guess I am golden.  However, is that my true goal or intention?

Same goes the other direction. You are going to drink less coffee.  What does less mean?  Do you even know how much coffee you drink now?

Time becomes a factor in goal setting as well.  With our coffee scenario, time is important.  Do you wish to drink less coffee per week? per day?

This post’s reality check:  Is this resolution measurable? Does time play an important role in this resolution?

Stay tuned.  More on resolutions and goal setting ahead.
